1980 Kitchen Cabinets. I love working on this blog, posting pictures, writing articles and basically fluffing everything up to make it pretty. So when wild, groovy ’70s styles gave way to comparatively more restrained ’80s styles, the kitchen needed to change, too.

It's almost like looking at a pic of my kitchen from a few months ago. Carolyn described her 1980’s kitchen “yucky.” it’s certainly far from that now. That side of the kitchen suddenly looked brand new.

What A Week This Has Been!


The small kit only has enough paint for two coats, so you run the risk of using up all your paint before the project is complete. I began with the island (can you still call it an island if it's floor to ceiling?) and it instantly made a huge difference. What a fantastic modern update!
